The Greater Cleveland Chapter of NOBLE is a nonprofit 501(c) (3) organization and like the National organization is committed to “Justice by Action”. The Greater Cleveland Chapter of NOBLE is an association of law enforcement practitioners representing more than 50 Federal, State and Local law enforcement agencies.

Yes, anyone can join NOBLE. If you are not law enforcement, you may join as either a Regular or Associate membership category and have an option to join as a Supporting member
